SDRA's 10th anniversary

What a year! We have seen nine years of SDRAs, and the 10th incarnation of SDR technology teaching will come to us in 2024. Within these years we have been able to welcome a great number of speakers on stage and remote. We have seen a Nobel Price winner and many inventors. We have seen companies present their most recent research and we have been a first time ever stage for student speakers who have later started a scientific career.
We have been able to observe SDR technology to become mainstream in the industry and in Amateur Radio alike, with prices for radios tumbling while devices becoming more versatile as their features and functionalities are defined by software mostly.
But this is not the end of a development. We are observing also that FPGAs are becoming more powerful, pushing the doors wide open for new radio applications that will shape our daily life in the future.
So this is the background on which we are working to bring together a community of academic researchers, industry and radio amateurs, promote knowledge about SDR and
.
Though we do not just want to address scientists, but the general Amateur Radio public. We welcome all contributions, tutorials, beginners' guides to SDR and the like. Even if you've never considered Software Defined Radio, we want to attract you as a listener with insightful information.
